Perry's experience with septic system engineering and hands-on installation gives him a perspective that not many inspectors have.

There is a large variety of systems out there, including cesspools, above ground and in ground systems with filter beds. Though we can't give an exact estimate of how long a system might last, we check thoroughly for signs of failure such as:

• Breach of effluent
• Clogged pipes
• Roots growing into the system
• Failed Baffles

We can arrange camera inspections if necessary, and can make recommendations for problem solving as well.
